about me and the blog
I'm a Californian living in Heidelberg, Germany. I'm working on a dissertation in Philosophy and have given Karl Löwith the leading role in this tragicomedy. I'm currently working part time with archaeologists and helping them in the pursuit of digging up that which is buried. I take philosophy "seriously" during the day so I use this blog to take philosophy lightly in the evening. This blog is also an attempt to remind myself that philosophy is worth its weight in beans if and only if it can be properly re-translated into life. Archives
